The story behind the deck:
"I don't have time for self care" That sentiment kept popping up--in customer discovery calls, in surveys, and in conversations with our friends. In the same breath, people like you shared that they were spending too much time on their devices. Your phone is the first thing you look at in the morning, the last thing you look at before bed, and it sneakily takes up so many little moments in between. We listened. And then we asked, "What if you spent part of your screen time on yourself instead?" The end result was the Instead deck.
